Evan Langert

Evan Langert has more than 20 years experience in office and retail development, lease negotiations and investment sales. He is an expert in site location and development, designing optimal tenant mixes, and attracting the right tenants.  Evan's goal is to create the perfect mix to satisfy your commercial real estate requirements.

 Evan has put together scores of office deals with companies such as Aetna, Clear Channel Communications, FedEx, MetLife, and Sun Microsystems.  Likewise, he has negotiated hundreds of retail leases with prestigious companies such as Chipotle, Circuit City, Lord & Taylor, Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks, The Gap, and Williams-Sonoma.


Kambiz Petri

Kambiz Petri is a realtor with Keller Williams.  He is a former successful small business owner of a group of antique stores.  He has a background in accounting and specializes in apartment buildings and commercial property.

Kambiz' experience as a small business owner helps him to better understand and respond to your needs in commercial real estate. His knowledge of commercial properties enables him to better match you with property that meets your unique real estate requirements.


Greg Bryan
 

Greg Bryan is an attorney who represents LPB Commercial and uses his legal knowledge to assist you with your real estate contracts, negotiations, and understanding the buying and selling process.  He has access to attorneys who specialize in various legal transactions such as taxes, estate planning, etc.

 

Greg went to undergraduate school at Santa Clara University, then went on to Boston and Washington DC where he completed his education and received an MBA from Boston College and a law degree from Georgetown.

 

He used to work in the financial services industry for Wells Fargo, where he developed and managed banking products secured by both commercial and residential property.  He knows and understands what lenders are looking for and is qualified to assist you with your financial needs.
